Deputy Mayor

Dražen Bošković

Dražen Bošković was born on January 29, 1984, in Trebinje. He finished high school in Trebinje and graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Banja Luka, in 2010.

From 2012 to 2016, he worked as an individual/legal entity advisor in Balkan Investment Bank Banja Luka; then as an advisor in Hypo Alpe Adria bank. From 2017 to 2021 he was a director of the City of Trebinje Development Agency.

As far as non-formal education is concerned, he has completed a series of certified training programs in the field of entrepreneurship and project cycle management. He is certified for providing mentoring services for small and medium enterprises.

He participated in the development and implementation of a large number of projects funded by various sources (IPA CBC BiH-MNE program; ADRION program; UNDP, Government of Switzerland, Council of Europe, EIDHR, DRC, Helvetas – My Future, etc.).

He speaks fluent English.

He is married and a father of two.

Competency of Deputy Mayor


The Deputy Mayor replaces the Mayor in the tasks entrusted to him, and in case of impediment and absence of the Mayor, he handles his professional duties.

The Deputy Mayor is elected by the City Assembly, at the proposal of the Mayor, in the manner defined by the Rules of Procedure of the City Assembly.
